My Anaconda don't want...

First post if 2015, now I am back and enthusiastic about the hobby, I am setting myself a goal of one post a month minimum.
Onwards and upwards.

Any way the last few weeks have seen me make some progress with the Salamanders 30k army. I'm sure I could make good progress if i didn't jump from prodject to prodject all the time.
But here is the latest editions, to a very long prodject.

Salamanders close support Contemptor dreadknought, equipped with multi melta, close combat weapon. And of course a heavy Flamer, because well... Because!

Next addition....

The Man Himself, Vulkan Primarch of the XVIII Legion the Salamanders.
Born of the Emperor of mankinds gene seed. Scattered to a plant called Nocturn, he grew in to the leader of a world. Later to stand at the helm of his legion when his father arrive as to find him.

I still have a lot to add to this army, money is my major draw back atm, but I am happy with the being a long prodject.
Next to come are pyroclasts.

Thanks for looking

It all come full circle

So I have been on and off the hobby for the last couple of months. A lot of golf, and other activities have been stealing my attention.

But I have got a few things finished. I find I have a very low attention span in this hobby. If the prodject dosnt need to be finished for any particular reason, I will wonder in to somthing else.
I am not a big tournament player, but I try to get a tournament or a game day lined up. As a goal to keep focused on a certain prodject.

All prodject scone full circule for me, it only takes a game with with army/era in question, or a movie or book to get my juices flowing for the system/army again.

Anyway on to the things I have finished of late. I started back to work on my Desert Rats. As I have been using them more recently, and talk of a big North Africa game sparked my enthusiasm again.
I have had a picture of a Daimler Armourd car as my background on my phones for a few months, so I though it's time to get that little job done.

Here it is one of the crew, from the Perry's crew set. Highly recommend their crew set. Lovely models.
This is a Warlord Games Daimler, lovely kit.

I have also don't some work in the Desert Rat infantry. I will update the post later in the week.

As always thank you for looking.

A long awaited update.

So I've been away from the blog for awhile so I thought I would come back with an update on my Soviet army.
So I won't waste no time,

My tank riders/SMG troops

My free inexperienced troops

Sorry for the poor picture quality, I am still trying to work out the lighting.

Thanks for looking as usual.
